I highly recommend Beach Cities RV. Their website says they don’t hire commissioned salespeople and they pride themselves on a down to earth approach rooted in honesty, integrity, and respect. When I read that, I sarcastically said “yeah, I bet’; however, that describes them perfectly. Prior to visiting BCRV, we negotiated with and ended up putting a deposit down on an RV with a different dealer that was the exact opposite of BCRV. Slimy is how I would describe that experience. Luckily, we did not complete that purchase. For six months, we searched for a certain model RV that we wanted and found it at BCRV. We worked with Jim and found him to be an easy going, no pressure guy. The negotiation process was pleasant, reasonable, and respectful as opposed to the excruciating experience with the previous dealer. When we came to take possession of the RV, Phillip meticulously reviewed every aspect of the RV with us answering all of our clueless questions. In fact, here it is a month later and they CONTINUE to patiently answer our annoying first-time RV owner questions. We are loving our new RV but if we were to ever purchase another one, I can’t imagine going anywhere else!

I’ll give you 120,000 reasons to trust Beach Cities RV! Last week I purchased my 2nd RV from Brian Cerwin. In the RV industry Mr. Cerwin is a rarity, he’s honest, trustworthy, and extremely knowledgable. While shopping for a new RV I reached out to Brian several times for advice. He never did try to sell me something he had in inventory, he just gave me the honest truth about what I was looking at (good and bad).
After checking his website daily for over a month, I found an RV that he had just consigned that checked off all the boxes for my Wife and I. I called Brian and he went through with me over the phone all the options and benefits this RV had. I gave him a verbal agreement to purchase and he went through the entire RV top to bottom to make sure it was perfect for me. Less than a week later, he personally delivered it to my driveway!

By accident I found Mr. Cerwin while looking for an RV online on my own. After speaking with him several times, we finally met in person at an RV show and he found me the “coach of our dreams” at a price we could actually afford. That deal went so smooth that I knew this wouldn’t be our last RV purchase from Mr. Cerwin!
One of the nice things about Beach Cities RV is that you are not dealing with any commissioned salespeople. Each one there is a Partner in the business. Each one actually cares for and respects their customers. They won’t consign or sell anything they wouldn’t buy themselves. They spend the money on each and every RV prior to selling it to make sure that they’ve done everything necessary to ensure that the unit is in the best shape possible. Most dealers these days just don’t do those things, you are lucky if they drain the waste tanks, run a vacuum over the floors and hose the unit down prior to delivery. In short, these guys really care about protecting their reputation as all the online reviews illustrate. Another point to make is that if you KNOW what you want give Mr. Cerwin a call and he’ll scour the Country to find it for you! Save yourself the headache and let Beach Cities 40+ years of experience find you the RV of your dreams! You won’t regret doing business with Beach Cities RV.

This is a big deal for me. I don’t usually post reviews, especially positive ones, but this place deserves it. I’ve been on a tiny home kick for a few years now, but my wife just isn’t having it. We both love to travel and see new things, but she hates to fly, so I started considering an RV as a way to combine our gypsy wanderlust with my tiny home/minimalistic living fixation. Our first hurdle is that we knew nothing about RV’s. I had originally thought about going by one of the Giant RV Superstores to have more layouts to look at, but the reviews were so consistently negative that I chose to keep looking. As with anything new, a negative experience the first time out is usually a recipe for apathy (at the best) later. At the time, Beach Cities RV had no reviews so I was taking a bit of a chance…hopefully now, others will feel good about coming here.
The owner came out to meet us, I explained our situation…made it very clear that this was more window shopping for the RV lifestyle rather than an actual motorhome, and that our purchase timeframe was likely years from now.
He spent almost an hour with us, being very candid about the pros and cons of each layout, why one chassis/engine is better than the others, and the realities of owning a coach. In the end, the experience was very positive and we both left feeling encouraged about our plans, and perhaps a bit more eager. It’s easy to provide good service when there is money on the line. They knew we weren’t going to buy anytime soon and still took the time to walk us through our many questions. When we are ready to purchase, I will definitely remember the level of service we received and will make Beach Cities RV our first (and hopefully only) stop.

We were so impressed with Beach Cities RV, and especially Jim, who was very accommodating to our needs. We live in upstate NY, and in searching the internet found just the perfect conversion van for us. We put a deposit down over the phone and a month later flew out and bought it during a week that we had scheduled for a vacation. Beach cities had our van all ready, picked us up at the airport, helped us through the purchase process and orientation, and helped us get underway. They were then kind enough to store our rig for an upcoming trip three months from our original deposit. Jim couldn’t have been more helpful. The whole crew there, Gavin, Brian, and Phillip, were friendly and helpful and knowledgeable and committed to their stated mission of making the purchase of an RV a positive experience. We felt the price was fair. Hats off to these folks! We would certainly hope to deal with them for any future RV upgrade or purchase.

what can I say. Everything that someone thinks of when buying an rv – cheesy and shady salesman, shifty deals, and overpriced opportunities. None of which I experienced at beach cities rv. Jim, Gavin and the entire crew were straight forward and easy to communicate with and not only did they want to make a deal, they wanted the deal to be fair for both parties. The day of delivery, their team went above and beyond to make sure that my rv was in exemplary condition. Can’t say enough good things about the people and experience at this dealer. The 2012 Itasca Reyo we just bought from Bay Cities RV marks our fifth RV purchase, and our best RV buying experience by a long shot! While we had some good (and bad) experiences buying our previous RV’s, we had never gotten the high level of customer service we have experienced at BCRV! Our first introduction was for a couple of service needs on our 2015 PleasureWay that we had purchase from another dealer. Gavin listened to our problem, promised to have it checked out, and completed the needed repairs quickly and at a very reasonable cost. My wife and I swore then that if we ever purchased another RV it would be from these guys.
When we started looking for our next RV we went straight to BCRV. We were shown the 2012 Itasca that fit our needs perfectly. We made a deposit and BCRV went to work having the RV checked out, serviced, and minor repairs made before we picked it up. They actually called us a postponed our pick-up date as they had noticed the RV pulled to the right. They had the front end aligned for us, and even replaced a couple of tires without us asking.
We have been the proud owners of our Itasca Reyo for a couple of months now and are very happy with our RV choice and our decision to buy from BCRV. Thank you Gavin, Jim, and Brian for a 5-Star experience!

We started looking for a used Class B motorhome in early 2018 desiring a camping experience that is smaller and easier to manage than one of the larger units. We looked around our area of the Texas Gulf Coast, but did not find anything suitable. Much of what was available in the used market were 5th-Wheelers and large Class A’s. (Texans usually already have a pick-up and like things large.) Having already planned a vacation trip out West, we decided that while we were there, we would take some time to see if we could find a suitable rig in that part of the country.
We saw some nice units while in Las Vegas, but nothing that fit our requirements exactly. Then we flew into Orange County and after getting settled there we started looking around that area the next day. Our first stop was Beach Cities RV (beachcitiesrv.com). They had just taken in a used 2015 Pleasure-Way TS with relatively low miles. After looking it over thoroughly, we agreed to purchase it with the understanding that we would be driving it back to Texas. Jim, our sales contact, and his service manager did a walk-through with us and agreed to fix or replace all the components that were not working properly. As this would take them some time, we agreed to fly back in a couple weeks to pick it up.
Knowing that we’d be driving home to Texas, they made sure everything was done right the first time. The few things that we missed, they took care of by sending the parts after we got home. Our only problem was trying to get the Texas DMV to accept the title. The vehicle title was from the original owner in Nevada and then had several dealer endorsements. But Beach Cities did follow through and get all the correctly signed documents for the title to clear.
Beach Cities is not one of those mega RV dealerships. They are a small group of closely-knit RV enthusiasts that take pride in their personal service and customer relationships. Our experience with them was excellent.

Our contact was with more than one person in the front office as well as a service person and all of them were straightforward, friendly and honest. Even though we live quite a distance away & in another county, there’s no question in my mind that if we were in the market for a new RV this would be the place we would go! WOW!!! Beach Cities RV made my dream come true!!! Awesome service from the guys, Brian, Jim, Gavin and Phil and the rest of the crew. What a great group of guys!!! I am having so much fun in my “full time” home on the road. Oh the places I will see!!! These guys exceeded my expectations on delivery. This is not your usual experience when purchasing a used vehicle it was comfortable and hassle free. As a single lady I was treated with the utmost care and respect.
